Our BBU Training format takes You “Step-by-Step” through the process of understanding the market-place , working with prospective sellers and buyers to confidentially locate, list, value, sell, finance and close on “Main Street” businesses. Thus begins a lifetime of continuous learning and professional development that helps you to help your clients and customers (sellers & buyers) to succeed…, which allows YOU to succeed.

This interactive training begins with an introduction to the Industry, the uniqueness of small (family) businesses, valuing and listing businesses, building listing inventory, and marketing the business in the first session. The second session is focused on locating the right buyer, introduction to the business & seller, managing the offer process, managing negotiations, managing the due diligence process, dealing with other professionals (Attorney’s, Bankers & Accountants), financing the deal and closing the transaction.

The 3 texts will be “The Complete Guide to Business Brokerage” and the” Business Reference Guide” (BBP) and “Secrets of Buying The Right Business(for you) Right” (BBU). The course is focused on helping you to be successful in Business Brokerage and is taught by the one of the world’s most experienced “Student/Teachers” in the Business Brokerage Industry, Ed Pendarvis.
